One Number, Every Podcast: Introducing Multi-Channel Dedicated Numbers
We're excited to announce a new feature for eligible Dial-a-Podcast plans: Multi-Channel Dedicated Numbers.
Until now, each dedicated phone number could only route to a single podcast. If you ran multiple podcasts, your listeners needed a separate number — or the six-digit code — to reach each one.
That changes today.
How It Works
You can now assign up to 9 podcasts to a single dedicated phone number, each mapped to a menu slot. When a caller dials in, they'll hear a brief menu:
- "For [Podcast A], press 1."
- "For [Podcast B], press 2."
They press a digit and are connected directly — no codes, no confusion.
Setting It Up
Head to your number's management page, assign your podcasts to slots in the order you want callers to hear them, and save. That's it. Your dedicated number will start routing calls to the right podcast immediately.
If you only have one podcast assigned to a number, nothing changes — callers are still connected directly, with no menu.
Available on Premier
Multi-Channel Dedicated Numbers are available on the Standard and Premier plan. To see all plan options and upgrade, visit our plans page.
This feature has been on our radar since we first launched dedicated numbers, and we think it opens up a lot of creative possibilities — from organizations with multiple ministries or departments, to podcasters who produce more than one show. As always, if you have feedback or ideas for what we should build next, we'd love to hear from you.
