Dial-a-Podcast 2025 Unwrapped
With 2025 now at a close, we want to thank you—our loyal listeners and podcast creators—for making Dial‑a‑Podcast your go-to solution for reaching extended audiences. This year was something special, and the numbers back it up.
Let's take a look at what we've accomplished!
We served up over 222,000 minutes of podcasts—nearly 3,700 hours—to listeners across the United States and Canada. That's more than double the minutes served in 2024, which was itself more than double 2023. The growth is real and it keeps accelerating.
In the U.S., callers came from 49 of the 50 states—only Rhode Island is left to check off the list. In Canada, listeners called in from 7 provinces, up from 5 in 2024.
1,569 unique callers dialed in during 2025—nearly 3.5× more than in 2024. And it's not just new listeners: 622 callers came back for more, meaning about 2 in every 5 listeners became regulars.
Most callers like to dial in at:
(All times are US/Pacific)7am
5am
8am
The most popular days to listen to a podcast on Dial‑a‑Podcast are:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
The average caller listens for 18.8 minutes every time they call in.
One of our favorite data points this year: creator channels that have been on the platform for over a year saw 127% more calls and 106% more listening minutes compared to 2024. The growth isn't just from new podcasts joining the platform—the established audience keeps growing too.
A Feature We Shipped in 2025
Your listeners lead busy lives—dropped calls, distractions, something that just can't wait. Earlier in 2025, we launched Playback Resume so that whenever they're ready to come back, we'll pick up exactly where they left off. No replaying content they've already heard—just seamless listening, on their schedule.
Looking Ahead: What's Coming in 2026
We're not slowing down. Here's a preview of what's in store just around the corner:
Multi-Channel Dedicated Numbers
If you produce more than one podcast, you'll soon be able to assign multiple shows to a single dedicated phone number. Callers dial one number and press a digit to reach the podcast they want—no codes, no confusion. A great fit for organizations with multiple departments, ministries, or programs.Audio Bumpers: Post-roll Support
You've been able to add a pre-roll clip to your podcast for a while now. Soon, you'll also be able to assign a post-roll bumper—a short clip that plays after the episode ends. Perfect for calls to action, sponsor messages, or a sign-off that's uniquely yours. And that's not all.
We've got more features in the works that we're not quite ready to announce yet. If you have ideas for what you'd like to see, we'd love to hear them—you might just be looking at it in next year's Unwrapped.
Thank You for a Great 2025
The Dial-a-Podcast journey wouldn't be possible without your support. Your calls, feedback, and passion for reaching listeners through voice have motivated us to keep building. As we head into 2026, we're excited for what's ahead.
